LED screen display world: Power supply as the "heart" of LED display, in order to ensure the stable operation of the display, its reliability requirements are very high, how does your company ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply? What are the main products?

Mr. Tang: Since its establishment 19 years ago, Chuanglian Power has always adhered to the principle of “customer-centered, quality-oriented”. There have never been mass quality problems in so many years of operation, which is inextricably linked to the following points.

New changes and future trends in LED display power

a) Raw material selection control. All key components are tested by domestic and foreign first-line brands and key components to ensure complete automation control, ensuring high reliability of batch incoming materials, and batches failing more than once to be included in key monitoring suppliers. Less than one key supplier audit work.

b) Process control. Extensive use of automation equipment to continuously improve and optimize product quality, such as automatic plug-in machine, fully automatic STM placement machine, automatic wave soldering, automatic high voltage tester, full electronic load high temperature aging room, CHROMA power automatic test system, AOI Solder joint test system, ROHS tester, etc.
